Do you take phone orders?
No, except for in-store pickups. To ensure you have complete control of your order, we prefer orders are placed online.
Do you store credit card information?
No, we don’t. We never store electronic track data or the card security number in any form.
What is your shipping policy?
You can now get items picked, packed and delivered same day – contact us for more information. We also offer next day delivery if the order is placed by 1 pm as standard. Orders shipped on business days only, we use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, there will never be a charge more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Can I ship to a different address than my credit card?
Yes, you can. When ordering, please make sure that you enter your correct and complete addresses during checkout. The address in the billing information should match the address that associated with your card.
How fast will I receive my item?
It depends on your selected shipping method. It generally takes 1 to 3 business days depending on what time of day your order is placed. If it will take longer, we usually contact the customer to advice.
