Amazing K extends a helping hand to parents of autistic children

Amazing K who has been a client of ours for a number of years have always worked with heart in the autism community.

The owners of the school Ilse and Noel have an autistic daughter and this is why they started a school for children with autism in Randburg. They visited many schools and even tried to have their daughter placed, but at 2 she was expelled from school as the teachers just couldn’t communicate with her.

Before the lockdown in March 2020 a total of 80 kids arrived on their doorsteps for school every day. During lockdown the parents got desperate, they had to work from home and with no outside help it was an impossible situation.

In July Ilse offered training via Zoom to anyone near and far from Randburg to learn more about handling the “sticky” situations.

Currently Amazing K is working on their next online training plans.
