Ingredients:

*2 Bunches Dry Pumpkin Leaves

*3 Cups of Pounded Groundnut

*1 Large tomato – chopped

*1 Large Onion – chopped

*2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda

*Salt to Taste

Directions

*Wash pumpkin leaves and place in a pot with 2 cups of water. Add in chopped tomatoes, onions, bicarbonate of soda and salt to taste.

*Leave to cook for about 5 mins or till vegetable is soft then add in pounded groundnuts.

*Cook till well done while stirring.
